Overview
Caseworkers receive training in London and ongoing training. You will need to be good communicator and report writer. Good listener and good assessment skills. You will meet with clients and assess their needs. Gaining evidence to support applications to various charities via ‘cms’ our on-line reporting systems. you will need tolerance and understanding be non-judgemental in order to effectively meet client’s needs.
SSAFA caseworkers need to assess and support clients with information and have armed forces links.

The aim of SSAFA is to relieve the need, suffering and distress of members and former members of the armed forces and their families. We provide help for serving and ex serving members of the armed forces and their families throughout Derbyshire.
